What if my item is damaged or defective

We do our best to ensure every order is 100% perfect, but if we missed something, we’ll make it right.

Here’s what to do:
📸 Take 2-3 clear photos of the damaged or defective item, showing the issue.
📩 Email the photos to support@grittysoul.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once we receive your photos, we’ll review them and get back to you with the next steps ASAP! 💕
