If your order was already processed and shipped before we received your request to update the address, unfortunately, we aren’t able to make changes once an order has been sent out.
However, here are a few options you can try:
1. Contact the Carrier: Once you receive the tracking number, you may be able to request an address update or hold for pickup through the shipping carrier’s website.
2. Check with the Current Address Resident: If possible, you may want to check if someone at the old address can hold the package for you.
3. Return to Sender: If the package is undeliverable, it may be returned to us. If that happens, we’ll be happy to reship it to your correct address (additional shipping fees may apply).
